28 August 2020: A Workshop on Designing Effective Corporate Giving Programmes
Corporate giving programmes are often created with the best intentions, but many post-programme reports find that they have not achieved their original intentions or made a significant impact.
Join us for an online workshop where we will explore how to better plan for programmes, through working with partners and putting in place processes and checkpoints to help giving programmes reach their intended objectives. The session will include case studies examining examples of interventions on past projects and insights on realities on the ground.
At the end of the session, you will be able to
1. Understand the importance of investing time upfront in the programme design phase;
2. Consider what currently needs changing or review to set programmes in the planning stage up for success.

(In the event of oversubscription, we can only accept 2 representatives from one organisation. Participants are also encouraged to bring a corporate project into class for discussion.)
