Spotlight on Multi-year Commitment

When a company is just starting on their corporate giving journey, they may experiment with different types of giving initiatives or they may support a number of different non profit organisations (NPOs) on a short-term basis. This is a natural way for a company to learn about what form of giving suits them as an organisation and how they can best give back to the community. However, over the longer term, for a company’s giving to evolve and become more sustainable, impactful and create deeper engagement with the community, a company needs to adopt a more strategic and planned approach to their giving.
