For SAP Asia, their Social Sabbatical programme says it all. The company stations its employees out to an external social organisation on a full-time, full-salary basis for a period of two to four weeks to help the host organisation with capability building.
With fewer than 10 full-time employees, Alpha Development does not let its manpower limitations stop it from creating an outsized impact. The financial training company engaged its network of clients and associates to drive efforts in doing good.
