These corporate leaders are making digital waves for collective good
Despite the pandemic putting many activities on halt, it did not hinder Wang En Yeow (Singtel) and Dr Adam Chee (NUS-ISS) from finding ways to reach communities in need.
This led them to the Company of Good Fellowship, where they learned to leverage their respective organisations' expertise in telecommunications and education in IT and data science for the greater good.
As the pandemic accelerated digitalisation, there are opportunities to enable digital transformation, but also risks of a widening digital divide. The two Fellows thus focused their efforts on innovations and initiatives that tackle both sides of the coin, such as an app that matches volunteers with seniors, and teaching children to navigate the internet safely.
